What is the appropriate attire for the wedding ceremony?
During the ceremony and reception, you will be photographed a lot - so wear classy casual to look your best in those wedding albums! Also, while the weather is generally mild in November it still can get quite warm in Arizona, especially if you’re not used to the heat. Come in light clothing with perhaps a jacket in case the night gets chilly. If it starts to rain (it rarely does), the ceremony will be moved indoors where the reception will be held. The reception will be climate-controlled.
Are children invited to the wedding and reception?
We would appreciate that any children under the age of eight be left with a babysitter, except under special, pre-arranged circumstances. If you notify us in advance, we may be able to help you find childcare during the wedding. Bear in mind that if you do bring a child, the reception will be going on late into the night and alcohol will be served.
Will the wedding and reception be handicap accessible?
Please let us know if you have special requirements so we can do our best to accommodate. Our venue has both indoor and outdoor space on flat ground with handicap parking and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.
